These are the settings related to Job Management. Here you can input the following:
Default Contact view for Quotes/Jobs/Invoices: Select to be presented with only Customer or Contact information, or both
Require Customer Signature: Select preferred options
Document Number: Input a number if you already have a number system going, and then Sparky will increment from this number
Job Number Prefix: Input a prefix if preferred
Custom Activities: These can be used for non-billable activities (e.g. Quotes, Holidays, Travel Time, Dentist Appt etc). Once entered here, they can be selected in your calendar. Often used so that actual availability for scheduling jobs is visible.
