Help article related to the Staff page

Overview:

The Staff page presents a screen similar to the one below. It opens in the default Staff List tab view. As you navigate around the links, tabs and buttons provided, you can see and manage all staff related details and functions:

  • add new staff

  • edit staff details

  • contact information

  • roles

  • labour rates

  • calendar colours

  • access privileges

ps. Annotations in screenshots (numbers/boxes) are used as a reference for the related descriptions that follow (e.g. #1, #2 etc).

Descriptions:

  • #1 - The Staff List tab, is the default view. The same view is presented when you click on the Staff List tab, from the Staff Role page, It presents a general, high level view of all staff, their roles, contact info and the number of jobs they are currently assigned to.

  • #2 - The Staff Role tab presents a list of previously entered staff roles and their description (shown below)

    • #2a - Click on any Staff Role link, to edit that Staff Role (shown below)

    • #2b - Click the Plus button to create a new Staff Role (shown below)

  • #3 - The 'staff name' link, takes you to the Staff Details page and titles the page with the staff name and allows you to View/Edit staff details.

  • #4 - The Plus button takes you to the Staff Details page and titles the page ''Create New Staff' and allows you to Create New Staff details.
