When you are in Quote, Job or Invoice you will see the blue +button
The available sections are:
When you are in the "Products" section the following actions are available:
Scan: You can use the inbuilt scanner to read the barcode on an item, say in your van stock, to add the item into the products section.
Lines: Choose lines to add an item from your own catalogue from your own stock or other suppliers. Click here for more detail.
Online Products: Bring up the rich, real time catalogue, from your local store, to choose and add any item
Customer Signature: Select this action to ask your customer to sign for work done or to do. Click here for more detail.
When your are in the "Labour" section, the available actions are:
Lines:These are the standard labour lines you create in Sparky so you never have to manually type in commonly used labour lines.
When you are in the "Other items" section, the available actions are:
Lines:These are commonly used items that are not kept in a catalogue. Examples are cleaning materials, adhesives etc
When you are in the "Pre-builds" section, the available actions are:
Add Pre-build Line: Allows you to select from your list of Pre-builds and you will add the Pre-build to the Pre-build section of your Quote, Job or Invoice
A Pre-build added this way appears as a single line item when the Job is Invoiced, The customer will only see the single line as shown in the image above.
The individual items that make up the Pre-build are added to the relevant sections but they are greyed out and cannot be edited. They also have this min briefcase icon to show they are from a Pre-build.
They are displayed this way so that 1. you can place an order for these items and 2. your staff will know which items they need to use on the Job.
Alternatively you can select Import Pre-build Details
When you choose this option the Parts and Labour items, from the Pre-build are added as separate items to the Quote, Job or Invoice you are working on.

Add File: Allows you to select an image or PDF document to attach to this Job
