The timesheet report provides an overview and detailed view of staff/time related metrics across a filtered list of jobs. Each can also be downloaded (xls format).
A) Overview report, all staff
The overview timesheet report presents a list of staff members with cumulative totals of staff/time related metrics, based on a filtered list of jobs that:
are 'assigned' and have ‘timesheet’ entries, and
meet the selected date range &/or search criteria
Example:
The column headings alongside Staff Name show the following cumulative totals:
# of Jobs = number of Jobs
Custom Activity = cumulative time of Custom Activities
Hours Worked = cumulative time of ‘timesheet’ entries
Hours Charged = cumulative time of ‘labour’ entries
$ Labour Total = cumulative $ value of ‘labour’ entries
B) Detailed report, by Staff
For a detailed report, by staff member, click on the staff name in the overview report to see metrics for each Job and Custom Activity within the filtered list of jobs.
Example:
Within the Job # column, clicking any Job # link will take you directly to the Job. Also, within this column, Custom Activities like ‘Quote’ and 'Personal’ are shown. As custom activities are non-chargeable, only the hours allocated to each activity are shown.
